Automatic fabric cutting machine quotations only become comparable when each factory prices the same marker, ply class and handling split. Fabric Cutting Machine Sourcing aligns those assumptions, lists included marker software and consumables, and keeps installation, shipping, training and commissioning visible as included or extra. We do not manufacture cutters or sell under factory appointment. Engineering acceptance stays between the buyer and the named supplier.
Service stage and responsibilities
Buyer input is the fabric construction, stretch, compressed lay height request, representative marker, three-phase supply, footprint, quantity and destination. If a spreading conveyor already exists, its discharge height and PLC interface belong in the same brief so automatic infeed is not invented by the bidder.
We check that each reply uses the same nested job when claiming throughput, names marker software seats and blade or belt consumables, and splits machine, tooling, freight, installation and commissioning. Verbal brochure language stays incomplete until those items appear in the quote file.
The outcome of alignment is a comparison sheet, not a purchase order. Offloading, labeling and bundle identity remain open if the quote only prices knife travel. Spare parts lists, FAT and SAT belong to the named factory. We do not close gaps with a percentage saving.
Assumptions that must appear on an automatic fabric cutting machine quote include: production lay class, vacuum hold-down method, knife or wheel tooling, whether quoted throughput includes loading and offloading the marker, and which marker software plus consumables are included. Adjacent embroidery, spreading-only machines or sewing units need a separate inquiry even if they share the same room. Public cutter literature may illustrate questions; it does not appoint this site as a reseller or transfer another company’s uptime claims.
Work envelope, connected load, compressed air demand and changeover between fabrics should be written as supplier confirmations for the named duty. A single certificate on a brochure does not cover the whole cell. Suitability requires the factory to answer the intended fabric, not a generic ply chart. If installation, shipping, training or commissioning is missing from the price, we leave it marked extra rather than filling the gap with a guess.
